Compassionate Therapy in Vancouver & Online with Eva
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, understood, and genuinely connected. As a relational therapist, I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and healing. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and
authenticity, creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your experiences without judgment. As a client-centred therapist, I meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, guided by your unique goals, values, and needs. Rather than focusing on what’s wrong; I believe therapy offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself, strengthen your connection to who you are, and create meaningful change that feels authentic and lasting.
My hope is that our work together fosters greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence, allowing you to move through life’s challenges with more clarity, flexibility, and trust in yourself. Whether you’re processing difficult experiences, working through
longstanding patterns, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create a space where every part of you feels welcome.
Approach to Trauma-Informed Therapy
My work is grounded in a humanistic framework and integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Client-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based approaches, Gottman Method principles, and trauma-informed care. Every therapeutic relationship is unique, and I tailor our work together to best support
your individual goals, experiences, and strengths.

Outside of Therapy Sessions
Having moved to the West Coast four years ago, I’ve come to appreciate how restorative time in nature can be. Whether I’m out for a run, practicing yoga, exploring new trails, or spending time with friends, being outdoors helps me reconnect with myself
and find balance.
Before settling in Vancouver, I spent a year and a half travelling and living abroad on my own. That experience deepened my appreciation for the uncertainty, growth, and self-discovery that often accompany life’s transitions. Because of this, I feel especially
connected to clients who are navigating change, exploring their sense of identity, or learning to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me planning my next adventure, discovering a new coffee shop, or getting lost in a good book.
